Boy, I'm stuffed. I made the skillet tacos for dinner. I cooked some fresh pintos and had some of the vermicelli salad. The taco meat was good but needs a little kickin' up....maybe add some tabasco? The salad was good as well. I was afraid it would be watery since it seemed to be that way when I put it together but the overnight in the refrig took care of the liquid. Jazz and I sat outside for a little while this afternoon. I listened to the DJ and read the newest EW and Southern Living. I bathed the Jazz man which he seemed to enjoy. Olympics are over. Not much on TV now. Maybe that's a good thing.
